Ms. De <br /> Soto is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i who values integrity, ethics, fairness and due process. <br /> Ms. De Soto is currently employed as Mental Health Professional/Associate Professor at <br /> Hawaii Community College. She received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of <br /> Hawai'i at Hilo, earned her master's degree in Social Work from Smith College, and became a <br /> Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2015. <br /> Ms. De Soto previously sat on the Easter Seals Advisory Board and is excited to find new ways <br /> to contribute to our community.
