Aloha Council Members,
Out of the crowds there rises a few individuals who are in service and make a difference.
Rene Siracusa is such, an outstanding citizen who made a difference. I had worked with her
decades ago in a group known as Friends Of The Red Road. Later I donated time to Puna
Outdoor Clrcle. Rene was a great leader able to assemble the resources to get things done.
It would be a blessing to honor Rene by naming that roundabout after her. I look foreward to
being at that dedication.
