My name is Mapuana A. Pabre and I oppose Bill 52 and 53.The redesignation and rezoning of TMK(3)-7-3-005:015

These developers should not be allowed to rezone and subdivide this land.They have already proven that they only care about

money.They have no consideration for our community or our culture.

They already tried to destroy the archaeological sites on the property through data recovery then pretended that it was their intent
to uphold the preservation plan all along.These sites are significant and should be respected and not seen as "someone had taken
shelter there"once, and a bunch of nuts. It was a precontact habitation.There are stories we've heard from kupuna past of that
area.
Then they said they will build affordable housing yet when asked by the council what affordable means to them they couldn't give an
answer! They obviously thought this word "affordable"would help them get sympathy and Council votes. Buying credits will not help
our local community either. Please keep this in mind.
Please remember our community and oppose these two bills.
