Subject: Opposition to Bill 52 & 53 (8/3/21 Council Meeting)
Aloha Council Members and mahalo for receiving my testimony.
I am writing to express my opposition to the passing of Bill 52 which will change the land use from ag to urban. I am
also writing to oppose Bill 53 that will allow subdivision of the lot into b lots. The preservation plan has also been
violated and the metes and bounds survey needs to be done and recorded at the bureau of conveyances.
