Re: Transmitting Resolution No. 189-21, Draft 2; Resolution Authorizing the
Payment of Funds of a Later Fiscal Year and of More Than One Fiscal Year for a
Multi-Year Agreement With the State of Hawaii Employees' Retirement System
(ERS).
Attached please find Resolution No. 189-21, Draft 2. Resolution No. 189-21 was amended with
the contents of Communication No. 358.1 and then forwarded to Council with a favorable
recommendation by the Committee on Finance on August 17, 2021.
