My name is Dennis Walsh. I support council woman Villegas amendments to Bill 44. Specifically the
additional Onsite inspection for factory built housing.. As a builder for 40+ years my experiences is that
everything should be inspected through each crucial point of construction. It has been my experience that
panelized wall systems have been flawed and when you add electrical, plumbing and sheeting it is more
likely to disrupt the structure. During transportation there can be damage inside walls like Simpson
brackets, plumbing pipes, electric wiring and we need to insure the health and safety of the people living in
the factory built home.
