Aloha,
My name is Ray Broggini currently serving on the Ala Kahakai Trail Association Board of Directors. I am one of the founding members
of the Board.
I support Resolution 161. The spectacular work of conservation protections to the lands of Ka'u provided by Keoni Fox and other
members of our community on the Island of Hawaii respecting lands associated with the Ala Kahakai National Historic Trail, has been
well recognized. I am honored to be a part of this work. To a person, everyone on our Board has added responsibly to our mission
of resource protection and conservation of ancient and contemporary sites as well as land management and usage. The Kio'laka'a
acquisition for the same good purposes serves local residents and state interests alike. Please approve of this measure.
