SUBJECT: Update on Spending of American Rescue Plan Act Funds
By means of this communication, I am kindly requesting a 15 minute update followed by a 45
minute discussion with the Administration on how the County of Hawaii plans to spend its
initial tranche of American Rescue Plan Act funds, and the data used to determine spending
allocations.
Please place this matter on the appropriate committee agenda for September 21.
