Re: Transmitting Resolution No. 176-21, Draft 2; Resolution Authorizing the
Acceptance of All Donations of Securities or Personal Property to the County of
Hawaii Within the Current Fiscal Year (FY2022) That Are Not Covered by the
Department of Finance's Capitalization Procedures.
Attached please find Resolution No. 176-21, Draft 2. Resolution No. 176-21 was amended with
the contents of Communication No. 340.1 and duly approved by the Council on August 18,
2021.
The Council also voted to suspend Rule No. 24-1(e) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization
of the Council, which requires the holdover of a resolution amended on final reading, and
adopted Resolution No. 176-21, as amended to Draft 2.
