Aloha Council,
This is testimony for "Comm 360: Potential Changes to COVID 19 Policies and Programs"
Those who feel their health is best served by the Covid "vaccine" should be able to do it. Others should have the right
to pass.
However government agencies and employers that mandate the Covid "vaccine" should also be liable for adverse
affects. Had a Covid shot? Have you read the fine print on vaccine legal exemptions.
Under the 42 U.S. Code § 300aa-22 - Standards of responsibility "No vaccine manufacturer shall be
liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the
administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that
were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper

Why is it that experimental Covid shots which are immune boosters and not traditional vaccines are exempt from
liability?
Please respect the right to choose. Would it be possible to have more information on Covid morbidity? What are full
statistics on underlying conditions that lead to Covid fatalities? And in the public interest pharmaceutical companies
must release all internal documents related to vaccine side effects and health issues.
