1 want to begin with a sincere mahalo for all the time and energy you give to our community. While leadership has
never been an easy task the past year and a half have posed unprecedented challenges and I commend you for
your continued service.
Today I write to express my concerns about the inadequate testing measures and current unilateral medical
approach being implmented for Covid 19. It is ineffective and it is overburdening our hospitals.
Current Testing Practice:
Current testing mandates call for exclusive testing of those who have not taken the experimental mRNA or
Adenovirus based gene therapies for Covidl9. Considering that "vaccinated" individuals not only carry and spread
covid 19 but also experience "break through" (or flat out do not respond to the vaccine/treatment) this exclusive
testing mandate does nothing to stop the spread. If our concern is truly containment, we need to test everyone.
Unilateral Medical Approach:
Currently the only treatments "authorized" for Covid19 treatment are the experimental mRNA and Adenovirus gene
therapies.
As a result of this measure as well as unprecedented government overreach doctors are scared to administer care to
early Covid cases. Instead they send a positive Covid person home ("vaccinated" or not) and tell them to take care
and if things get worse ... to call 911 or go to the hospital.
It is because of this ineffective unilateral approach to medicine that our hospitals are overburded. I ask that you
push our health care systems to implement preventative and early at home treatment protocols that have been
developed by the Front Line Covid 19 Critical Care Alliance. Please note that the one "controversial' medication
listed on this protocol is currently in phase 3 of an NIH clinical trial for Covid 19 treatment. I have linked this
information below.

I ask that you once again be in the forefront of important issues during covid and push for universal testing and multi-
modal treatment of Covid 19. It is truly the only way to stop the spread ... and the hate.
Mahalo nui for your time,
Samantha Gomes
