We are asking you to consider that children are among our most vulnerable at this time.These children have missed valuable time in schooling last year, they have been in isolation from peers with many having been traumatized by the fear and by economic hardships of last year's lockdowns in our already challenged communities. Since May of this year,thousands of children have been subjects in the trial of an experimental vaccine and as a result they are at risk of lifelong injuries including cardiovascular damage. Further to this point,it has recently been public record that at least one whistleblower *see below has come forward and made the case that medical fraud is currently incentivizing hospitals to incorrectly label and record patients in their care as`Covid'when a positive PCR test has every chance of being a false marker for Covid.That very fact deserves a thorough investigation and is the subject of another letter to you but here we just make the case that even the 62 deaths currently reported to the public as the official death toll,must be further evaluated for actual presentation of a`crisis'that justifies proposals for 3 forced vaccinations,vaccine passports and lockdowns. I On reviewing these numbers of 62 reported deaths,we now ask you to explain to us,people in your care here on Hawaii Island, `How do these numbers reflect a pandemic with great risk to an average healthy person such that anyone can justify a lockdown measure for our community T'On your review do you stand by any endorsement of lockdowns at present in our community Can you please explain to us,"Where exactly is the demonstrated risk for most average healthy adults and children?' In case the deaths alone don't make you personally question how dangerous we are told this COVID 19(and all variants to date)is for the general public, then we also invite you to review that in nearly 18 months of a stated'pandemic'the 188 hospitalizations(again accounting for hospitalization due to Covid 19)don't also rationally appear to qualify as a`crisis'that is insurmountable and justify lockdown measures_ j We then respectfully request that you explain how as our legislative representatives you would justify,with just 62 deaths recorded on our island a lockdown with so many likely harmful outcomes?We respectfully present to you that in spite of media representation of`danger'there does not appear to be the elevated risk that would justify these measures. We ask this of youand at the same time we are requesting that you directly acknowledge to its the very concerning casualties of lockdowns that we will outline for you here: Given that our concern is primarily to do with safety for children,it is not hard to extrapolate from the above well recognized casualties of lockdowns that will likely have lasting,life long effects.We request your acknowledgement of the inevitable casualties of lockdowns measures to families in our community: • Families with breadwinners who are marginally employed such as those with cash work,casual labor etc • Families with breadwinners recently fired due to not providing proof of vaccination(and therefore ineligible for PUA and other assistance) • We live in a community with many markers for poverty and we propose to you that the previous lockdown was very harmful to many families and individuals running small businesses.It has contributed to more debt for many family businesses. • The majority of our children(and infants)are negatively impacted by social isolation caused by lockdowns • Many at risk children in abusive families or families dealing with addictions are more vulnerable due to lockdown measures. • Children missing out on schooling are also harmed and uzereases gaps between outcomes for privileged and under privileged families citation in appendix Further,Governor Ige's mandate that unless young athletes are vaccinated they will be excluded from sports is in direct violation of our constitution and deserves immediate challenge based on the statistical evidence of heart damage,these are most likely to occur in young males**citation in appendix.That such a mandate is in place is an affront on many levels and represents a threat of harm to children in our community. We are asking you to stand with us against this and provide assistance to parents who don't wish to expose their children to those risks.As representatives of the children of this island we invite you to take a stand. Many of us continue to advocate for an immediate halt to all vaccine programs for children under the age of 18.We note that the administration of these programs are in direct violation of the basic principal of informed consent since there is not adequate long term safety data and sunce the public is not being briefed sufficiently on the data showing up on VAERS data base recording the injuries and deaths occurring to healthy,well children participating in the COVID 19 vaccine trials.We again ask you to acknowledge that all administrators of this program whether medical,public health officials or legislators and other public officials recommending this vaccine for children or incentivizing children to receive this vaccine are all in violation of federal laws and international laws that are established to protect children from experimentation.In spite of general waivers in place,there remains 100%liability for all involved which may very well turn out to be the greatest injury ever done to a generation of children,blighting their future. Our strong language is used in testimony is due to the urgency of this matter.IWe ask you to please respond directly to the questions we pose to you here. We ask that you respond to our concerns for the way many people and most especially children continue to be harmed at this time and we ask you to help us protect those children immediately. This message will also be communicated to all Senators and legislators in Hawaii and to the many agencies implicated here.You remain a powerful advocate for our community and so we ask you to please take our concerns to heart_After all,if not to you,on who else should we rely? below is testimony from a whistleblower eyewitness in the Oahu hospital/care facility that was first made public via video on bitchute.eom a little over a week ago on 8/8/21.1 submiit this as evidence of potential fraud deserving of investigation. Mahalos Transcript of Abrien Aguirre, Whistleblower My name is Abrien Agirre and I am a board certified occupational therapy practitioner, and I am here because I have experience on COVID units. I've worked on 3 COVID units, 2 isolation COVID units and 1 step down unit. And so I've witnessed a lot of what the media has been talking about and I see how they misrepresented the truth on COVID, the truth on the testing. For instance, at my facility, I work at the biggest skilled nursing facility here in 2 3 O'ahu and I work with the geriatric population, the people that were moved to the COVID unit didn't have covid. They tested positive with the PCR test, but most of them were asymptomatic and only suffering from their pre-existing conditions. None of them had exacerbated symptoms. Most of them weren't sick other than what they were already dealing with: end stage renal failure, diabetes, COPD, congestive heart failure-things of that nature. I also saw how some of the hospice patients that were moved to the COVID unit that died of terminal illness, were actually put on the COVID death list, which is complete fraud. And facilities were facilitating this and doing this the whole time. More people survived and had no issues, and were asymptomatic that were well into their 80's and 90's that passed away. My entire experience on these COVID units, I think there were 12 deaths and none of those deaths could be fully attributed to COVID, it was all pre-existing conditions or terminal illness. Since the rollout of the vaccine at my facility, Moderna was the vaccine that they administered, I've seen 32 elderly people pass away immediately after taking the Moderna vaccine. None of that is being talked about on the news, none of that is being spoken about on the media. It doesn't fit their narrative. I've seen more people pass away from the vaccine than I have on COVID units, which is really weird, seeing that supposedly we have really high case numbers. A lot of the patients I treat are suffering from stroke and heart attack, hip replacement, knee replacement, things of that nature. So when these people get admitted to the hospital they have to take a PCR test first, so someone experiencing a heart attack will be picked up by the ambulance, taken to the hospital, the hospital will administer a PCR test..if the PCR test comes back positive they admit the patient as a COVID patient, they don't admit them as a heart attack patient -they don't admit them for myocardial infarction. That's kind of weird. I've had stroke patients that i've treated that were taken to the hospital for stroke, but when they get there, PCR test says positive so they are labeled as a COVID admission. Even though when they were there, they were never treated for COVID, they were asymptomatic and they were only treated for their stroke. So there's just this huge misrepresentation, just complete fraud with this system. With the health care system. I worked as a director of rehab for 5 months at another skilled nursing facility here in Kalihi, on O'ahu, and at that facility during my time being the director of rehab I saw where they billing department would have my therapists change the ICD 10 medical diagnosis billing code from pulmonary disorder (COPD, to COVID because of higher reimbursement. Now these people were asymptomatic, some of them may have a had a positive PCR test, and some of them didn't have a positive PCR test, but we were still forced to change those ICD diagnoses to a COVID code because we get higher reimbursement for those patients. So it's just fraud on every level. Just higher reimbursement in medical facilities for someone that's labeled COVID whether you treat them for COVID or not you're going to get higher reimbursements. I know this for a fact. Interviewer: This ambulance is coming right after you speak here. Abrien: Oh, yeah. So that, whatever they are experiencing, as soon as they get there, they are not going to be allowed to be triaged or treated until they have PCR. And if that PCR comes back positive, that person? If they are having a heart attack, a cerebral vascular accident...anything, is going to be immediately labeled COVID instead of what they are truly experiencing. Absolutely. Yep, I've treated patients with heart attacks that told me, "yeah, I had a heart attack, my neighbor found me, called the ambulance, resuscitated me, brought me back to life. I went to the hospital, the hospital wouldn't admit me until I had a PCR test, the PCR test came back positive. I was no longer considered heart attack, or myocardial infarction. I was considered COVID from that point on." Even though they were never treated for COVID, never administered any therapeutics for COVID. Treated for heart attack, sent to our facility so we could rehab them for those, for the weakness caused by heart attack, but when they come in on our medical history, we see them as a COVID admission. So it's just this weird fraud on every level and that's how we are getting these spike numbers in COVID. 3 It's because heart attack=COVID. A cerebral accident, stroke, you know, a bleed in the brain=COVID. Everything's coming back COVID. Broken hip? Positive PCR? COVID. So the funny thing is I've reached out to these politicians. I've reached out to Ige, I've reached out to Lt. Josh Green, I've reached out to Rick Blangiardi. I've emailed. I've messaged these people, letting them know what's going on, and it's silence. None of them get back to me. None of them correspond with me whatsoever. I hear no feedback from them. I've talked to Rick Blangiari and gov. Ige..(or I've messaged them) and I've messaged Josh Green about the hospice patients that were terminally ill, no one's gotten back to me about it. No one has investigated this. When I worked on the COVID unit? You know who ran the COVID unit? There was no infectious disease nurse, there was no infectious disease doctor, there was no representative from the DOH (Department of Health) that met with us to tell us what the protocol was. It was 2 certified nurses assistants, 2 therapists, a physical therapist, an occupational therapist, and a registered nurse. That's who ran the COVID department at O'ahu's biggest skilled nursing facility with the geriatric patients. I never corresponded with Lt. Josh Green, he never assessed the situation. That's very weird. Why wouldn't you assess this situation with this deadly virus. We had no representative from the DON come down and speak to us. There was no protocol, other than to move these patients to the COVID unit, isolate them for 14 days. Some of them will make it, some of them won't. Treatment was withheld. They weren't given treatment. Because they had a positive PCR test? If a person had pneumonia or flu? There's this thing called off-labeling. They were no longer allowed to be treated for flu or pneumonia. They weren't given any antivirals and they weren't given any antibiotics, which would normally fight those things. They were moved to a unit, they were told there was no treatment for them. Whoever made it, made it and whoever didn't, didn't. (holding a highlighted paper): This one is from August 25, 2020. Right here, it even states on the print out, it says 'a positive result does not rule out bacterial infection, or co-infection with other viruses.' The RT-PCR test can't differentiate between any of the viruses. It's in the fine print, in the print- out of the RT-PCR test. The inventor of the PCR test admitted that it won't differentiate between any of the viruses. Recently, the CDC has even admitted that the RT-PGR test doesn't differentiate between viruses. So you have 3 sources stating that it doesn't differentiate between viruses, yet that's the test we are using for this case count. That's the test we're using. It's a faulty test. And that's the one that Lt. gov. Green, and all these medical facilities. My facility too, the one that I work at, are using to claim these COVID statistics. That's just false. It's false. It's a faulty test and it doesn't differentiate between anything and yet, that's the gold standard right now. And it's sad, because there's so many false positives. There's so many that are asymptomatic because it doesn't differentiate between any thing. This is an infringement on our medical freedom. This is an infringement on our kupuna's health. I mean, no one is looking after the health of our kupuna. You know, I've seen more death come from the vaccine. 32 kupuna, immediately after taking the Moderna shot, either the first or second shot pass away from this. So who's looking out for their care? The people who try to speak up and look out for their care, it falls on deaf ears. No one corresponds back with us. No one wants to hear it because it doesn't fit the current narrative. It's horrible, and I think it's just going to get worse. You know, my advice to people, I work in a skilled nursing facility, and my advice to people is: if your kupuna are sick, if your elderly are sick, your grandmother, your great grandmother, your mom? Don't send them to a skilled nursing facility. They are not going to receive adequate care. Treatment is going to be withheld from them, they are going to be forced to wear a mask all day, and social distance. They are going to become depressed and want to commit suicide, because that's what I'm seeing in our facilities. That's what's been going on. Interviewer: "Thank you so much" You're welcome, bro. 4
