To Whom It May Concern,
This is my personal testimony of opposition to mandating the Covid-19 vaccination to access any County and State of
Hawaii public places for gathering, including retail and restaurant establishments, local venues, private and state
hospitals, schools, sport and athletic activities, and any other establishments that include public services for health,
social and entertainment gatherings.
I am strongly opposing the mandate of COVID-19 vaccination for our Hawaii community. There are more than
enough healing modalities to heal one from Covid-19, and furthermore, also too much evidence from direct patients
who have received the vaccination with direct adverse reaction from this non FDA approved experimental vaccine.
Here is some evidential information that supports my personal stance regarding my right to choose how and what I
put into my body for health and wellness sustenance. I am fully responsible for my personal self-care.
