Funds of $75,000 will be used to support the Agri-preneurship Academy Sustainable Food Systems, Agri-preneurship Academy Renewable Energy and Agri-preneurship Academy Greenhouse projects. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDEDI: j Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statues §46-7, the County may enter into agreements with "any public body" with the consent of Council. (R&D) is requesting that Council approve a resolution authorizing (RD) to enter into an agreement with Department of Education, State of Hawaii, on behalf of Ka'u High and Pahala Elementary School, a public body, for the funding of Agri-preneurship Academy Projects pursuant HCC 2-139(3)(c).
