Also enclosed <br /> is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $162,190.50 grant. The Hawaii Police Department is requesting that this resolution and <br /> bill be waived from Finance Committee and be placed on the September 22, 2021 <br /> Council agenda to expedite the receipt of these funds.
