These funds will be used by the Office of Housing and Community Development(OHCD)to support the implementation of a homeowner assistance fund program for eligible households that are financially impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $39,500 grant. The OHCD respectfully requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee, to be placed on the September 22, 2021 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
