amendments in communication 281.020—Relating to Inspections of Factory-
Built Housing.

faftarr The proposed amendments under SB-3-22 relating to U101.7 will ensure the
� health and safety of the public.The proposed amendments would require that
AILA all manufacturing work including building, electrical, and plumbing within the
County of Hawaii be inspected in the factory and at the site ensuring compliance
with the requirements of the construction code.
During the transportation process by sea or road, gas lines, electrical
