We would like to submit a written testimony against Bill 52 and 53 (the Ward
development). We are strongly against the land use from ag to urban & against
Bill 53 allowing the subdivision of the lot in to 6 lots. It is important
to get the preservation plan up to date and do the survey now to be Pono &
respect Hawaiian culture. Please help keep open spaces in our community &
prevent unsafe traffic in residential areas due to Ohanas & Air B and Bs. Our
community needs more affordable housing for locals not developers coming in
and profiting off the Island.
