Aloha.
I am submitting this testimony, to ask for your cooperation in protecting and preserving the land, of flawai'i.
While we are blessed with plenty of sun and rain here in. Hawaii Nei, one key component to growing healthy, fresh
and local foods- is `Rina .
Less farmers, less food- No farmers, no food.
In upholding this zoning as AG dedicated, we continue to allow farms to provide nutritious food for our families
- leading to a healthier community. Isn't that something we all want?
In addition , we will be protecting pre-contact archeological areas which by the proposed plans , will demolish it and
history will be forever lost. This area of cultural significance that's been preserved through time until
now- being paved over as a road, feels like desecration doesn't it?
Please join our voices in saying NO to bill 52&53.
