yS <br /> JM�Y'®i y+1y <br /> Jlj �•=` �y1Yj' <br /> COUNTY OF 1 1 i 4e 4STATE OF HAWAI'l <br /> 7TE OF•Ni,'M <br /> SLITTI NO. i <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHII HE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A <br /> TER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR <br /> FOR A MULTI-YEAR AGREEMENT FOR HOUSING PR <br /> SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION, SERVICE, AND MAINTENANCE FOR <br /> THE OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, <br /> lease or other obligation requiring payment of funds from the appropriations of a <br /> later fiscal year or of more than one fiscal year be approved by resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into a multi-year <br /> agreement for five (5) years, for Housing Pro Software subscription, service and <br /> maintenance; and <br /> WHEREAS, this specialized software is a complete tenant, voucher and <br /> financial management system that allows the rental division to meet program <br /> requirements and efficiently document communication with applicants, participants <br /> and vendors; now therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`1: <br /> 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a five (5) year <br /> agreement for the software, service and maintenance as indicated <br /> above, for the Office of Housing and Community Development. <br /> 2. That sufficient funds be budgeted in future fiscal years to cover the <br /> anticipated obligations of the County under the terms of the <br /> agreement. <br />
