I would like to comment about this resolution.
My sincere hope is that the county will use this funding for community driven efforts and projects,
Local communities know best what their needs are, and the resources available.
Our project in Pahoa Village is an example, the Kuleana Project, which has created jobs, connected community, and
made inroads into sustainable agriculture for our village and district, while utilizing many community and business
connections which have grown over the course of many years.
