EXPLANATION (Provide complete explanation):
This request is the result of the cancellation of the 2020 CDBG Kaiaulu O Waikoloa Rental Housing project.
Additional funding is needed by the West Hawaii Homeless Emergency Shelter Improvement project for the fire
sprinkler system, security lighting system, solar water heating system and roof repairs. As required,notice of
reprogramming was published and notification was provided to HUD.
