SUBJECT: Presentation on Film Industry Permitting Process
By means of this communication, I am requesting a 15 minute presentation and 45 minute discussion
with the Administration on the role of the Hawaii Island Film Office,how it assists parties interested
in filming on the island through the permitting process, and what process changes have occurred as a
result of the Love Island production.
Please place this item on the agenda for October 19,2021 committee meetings.
