The proposed amendments are <br /> illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 239-21; material to be <br /> deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is underscored. <br /> I. The title is amended to read as follows: <br /> "A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING ADDITION OF AN ITEM TITLED "DEVELOP AN <br /> INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO SECURE FUNDING [F-ROM] WITH THE STATE OF <br /> HAWAII TO ADDRESS THE COUNTIES' WASTEWATER NEEDS" FOR <br /> INCLUSION IN THE 2022 HAWAII STATE ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES <br /> LEGISLATIVE PACKAGE." <br /> 2. The Enacting clause is amended to read as follows: <br /> "BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it <br /> supports the addition of an item titled"develop innovative approach to secure funding [fr-am] <br /> with the State of Hawaii to address the counties' wastewater needs" for inclusion in the 2022 <br /> Hawaii State Association of Counties Legislative Package." <br /> Due to the limited scope of the amendments, a draft copy of Resolution No. 239-21, Draft 2, in its <br /> entirety,that would result if this proposed amendment is adopted is not attached. <br /> Thank you. <br /> Comm.
