SUBJECT: OpenGov Platform
By means of this communication, we are requesting a 15 minute presentation from
representatives of OpenGov followed by a 45 minute discussion as a body on how the platform
could be used to support the Council in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, its review
and revision of the annual County budget; tracking federal awards expenditures (ie. American
Rescue Plan Act monies); and facilitating and measuring impact of the Council's Nonprofit
Grants Program as well as Contingency Relief Funds.
Please place this matter on the appropriate Nov. 2, 2021 Committee agenda. Mahalo.
