These funds will be used by the <br /> Office of Housing and Community Development(OHCD) for the purpose of <br /> implementing a landlord-tenant mediation program to eligible households that are <br /> impacted by the expiration of the moratorium on evictions. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement to accept these funds. Also enclosed <br /> is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $69,000 <br /> grant.
