Re: Amend Bill 76 NJ
Bill 76 was transmitted to Council on October 1, 2021 to set up the proper accounts and
appropriate Office of Mgmt Private Contrib funds for the Office of Management. The
Office of the Management wishes to amend Bill 76 in order to make the following
changes (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to be added is
underscored):
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 21-38, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s)to the fund(s)as set forth in Section 2.
