Re: Resolution No. 239-21, Draft 2; a resolution supporting addition of item titled "develop
an innovative approach to secure funding with the State of Hawaii to address the
counties' wastewater needs"for inclusion in the 2022 Hawaii State Association of
Counties Legislative Package.
Attached is Resolution No. 239-21, Draft 2. Resolution No. 239-21 was amended with the contents of
Communication No. 439.2, as duly approved by the Council on October 20, 2021.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 24-1(e) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the
Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted Resolution
No. 239-21, as amemded to Draft 2.
