Aloha:
My name is Charles Young. I reside in Kealia,S. Kona. I am writing in support of Bill 75 to Amend Chapter 14, Article 1 to
prohibit the consumption of Alcohol at the Honaunau Boat ramp.The Honaunau Boat ramp is a public space of mixed use.The
public, in particular resident families utilize the space for recreational purposes.The consumption of alcohol has at times lead
to disturbances and unsafe conditions for those who may frequent the area.The county should not allow its' public spaces to
be compromised.
