Aloha my name is jeana kelekolio I'm long life resident of honaunau beach. my family has lived here in honaunau for generations.we
have family members and the people that come to Honaunau beach and enjoy the day with their families they would bring alcohol.
they were responsible. no one really got carried away with speeding through Honaunau Beach Road.today 2021 times have changed
people from the community locals and newcomers to the islands would come down have their parties,there get together's,drink
alcohol and not all have casual drinking some are heavy drinkers but this is our community we do not need these people that are
heavy drinkers speeding past our homes. I have my grand children they are young they walk on our road and now we are in fear that
these people that are intoxicated will not be aware of their actions while they are driving.our little Beach Road has no speed bumps

to slow these people down. I am in fear for them my grandchildren I think we should not allow drinking of alcoholic beverages in
Honaunau Bay it is sad that the people that are not responsible drinkers of alcohol have to ruin it for the people they just come down
to have a little get together with their families but I think saying no alcohol permitted in Honaunau will be will be good for the
families that live here in Honaunau Times have changed we have more people here our little beach is our home and we have to
protect it along with our families and our generations of grand children in the future thank you for your time I appreciate you hearing
