Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to purchase wreaths for the West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery-Pu`u
Ho`omaha O Na Po`e O Hawaii Komohana for the National Wreaths Across American Day on
December 18, 2021.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,250 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
