She is the founder of Pulama Mau <br /> Environmental Consulting, contracting with Hawaii Wildlife Fund as their conservation, <br /> education, and fieldwork specialist, and with the Ala Kahakai Trail Association performing <br /> natural and cultural resource monitoring, documentation, and reporting. <br /> Jodie is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Hilo, and holds a Bachelor's degree in <br /> Biology and a Master's degree in Tropical Conservation Biology and Environmental Sciences. <br /> She is an active volunteer with the Volcano School of Arts and Sciences, and Hawaii Civic Club <br /> of Ka`u, among others.
