Sako via Communication No. 463 <br /> dated October 15, 2021, creates one new fire captain position for the Hawaii Fire Department. <br /> This resolution requests creation of a supervisory position to oversee and assist with Fire Dispatch <br /> services. <br /> Deputy Fire Chief Eric H. Moller provided background on the resolution and the need for the position. <br /> Committee Chair Matt Kdneali`i-Kleinfelder provided comments in support of the measure. <br /> Committee Member Herbert M.
