No. 465/Res.No. 252-21 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:02 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members a <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Resolution No. 252-21, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 252-21, transmitted by Director of Finance Deanna S.
