SUBJECT: A Resolution Approving the Legislative Proposals for Inclusion in the 2022
Hawai`i State Association of Counties Legislative Package.
Please find attached a resolution relating to the 2022 Hawai`i State Association of Counties
(HSAC) Legislative Package.
I am requesting that this resolution be placed on the agenda for the Committee on Governmental
Operations, Relations, and Economic Development for November 16, 2021, in order to meet the
HSAC timeline for submitting items to the 2022 Hawai`i State Legislative Session.
