Re: Transmitting Resolution No. 253-21, Draft 2; a Resolution Authorizing the
Acceptance of Monetary and Other Donations to the County of Hawaii.
Attached please find Resolution No. 253-21, Draft 2. The Council amended Exhibit A of
Resolution 253-21 with the contents of Communication No. 472.1 during its November 3, 2021
meeting.
The Council suspended its Rule No. 24(1)(e) relating to the holdover of amended legislation and
passed Resolution 253-21.
