Puna for Puna
For over 3 years we have been saying the same things ( in all kinds of meetings): Spend the Recovery Money in the
area that needs Recovery: Lower Puna-we were who was covered with lava; we are who need to recover. Roads,
water, infrastructure, recreation, ocean access for swimming and fishing, etc for Lower Puna, the area affected!
There is other money available for doing work in other areas. The FEMA dollars, etc were given for RECOVERY in
PUNA not to enhace other areas.
