SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds(Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Hawaii Environmental Restoration(HER) for
expenses related to the conservation and preservation programming and equipment to steward
the Keau`ohana State Forest Reserve.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$5,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
