Committee on Timate Resilience and Natural Resource Management.
This is a stripped down to just Glyphosate in county parks type of ban, however it is a good START to decreasing
exposure to toxics and carcinogens.
There is no transition period, and it does include stricter rules for the application. of any other pesticides, such as
signage at area being treated, blocking entry to area treated for four hours or in strict adherence to label direction for
drying time, and weather conditions.
Please support and pass Bill 91 as a good start and foundation to improve and build upon.
