Dear Air. Yagong,
Our committee supports Bill ]33 that will create a no-parking zone on Kalanianaole
and remove the hazard of parked ca3's obstructing the shoulder bicycle lane.
We wish to thank the Public Works Department staff in the Engineering Division
and the Traffic Division who have worked closely with our committee to implement
the excellent bicycle facility improvements that now exist on Kalanianaole Avenue,
as part of Hilo Roads improvement Phase Ill.
We urge your support of Bill 133, and your continued support for bicycling and
bicycle facilities throughout Hawaii County.
