He is currently employed <br /> as a USPS contracted Postal Carrier based in Waikoloa Village, Executive Secretary to the LDS <br /> Church in Waimea, and the owner of Black Pearl Designs. <br /> Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Brigham Young University in Laic. As a <br /> proactive, community-based leader, Scott was the key organizer of the Waimea Prepare-a-thou, <br /> an emergency preparedness fair bringing together local companies, government agencies and <br /> individuals.
