SUBJECT: Resolution No. 263-21, Draft 3; A Resolution Approving the Legislative
Proposals for Inclusion in the 2022 Hawaii State Association of Counties
Legislative Package.
Please find attached Resolution No. 263-21, Draft 3. Resolution No. 263-21, Draft 2, as well as
the Exhibit A, was amended with the contents of Communication No. 497.4 and approved by
the Council on December 8, 2021.
The Council also voted to suspend Rule No. 24-1(e) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization
of the Council, which requires the holdover of a resolution amended on final reading, and
adopted Resolution No. 263-21, as amended to Draft 3.
