Mr. Gaspar <br /> has been a Hawaii resident for over fifty years. He served in the United States Army from <br /> 1969-1971 and retired from the Hawaii National Guard in 2004 after more than thirty years of <br /> service. Mr. Gaspar was also employed as a Maintenance Technician for Enterprise Holdings for <br /> twelve years and is currently employed as a transporter for Hertz Rental Cars. <br /> Mr. Gaspar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UH-Hilo. He <br /> is a long-time member of the American Legion,West Hawaii Veterans Council and West <br /> Hawaii Veterans Cemetery Expansion and Development. Mr. Gaspar previously served on the <br /> Veterans Advisory Committee from 2017 to 2020. If confirmed, Mr. Gaspar will represent as an <br /> at-large member with a term to end December 31, 2026. <br /> Your favorable confirmation is requested.
