Your Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit, to which was referred Resolution No. 275-21,

reports as follows:
Resolution No. 275-21, introduced by Committee Chair Susan L.K. Lee Loy at the request of
the Administration, and transmitted via Communication No. 525, dated November 17, 2021, by
Deputy Corporation Counsel Dalilah E. Schlueter, authorizes accepting the dedication of Roadway
Lot 58 from Castle& Cooke Waikoloa, LLC, a Hawaii Limited Liability Company.
The subject parcel is Roadway Lot 58, Kikaha at Wehilani, Phase 1, identified as
Tax Map Key b 8-037-58, situated at Waikoloa, South Kohala, Island and County of Hawaii,
State of Hawaii, as described in Exhibit A, and delineated in Exhibit B.
Deputy Corporation Counsel Dalilah Schlueter explained this resolution allows the County to accept
the dedication of Roadway Lot 58, and reviewed all of the attachments.
Your Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit is in accord with the purpose and intent of
Resolution No. 275-21, and recommends its adoption.
