Sako via Communication No. 522 <br /> dated November 18, 2021, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one <br /> fiscal year for a multi-year agreement for paratransit eligibility assessments and paratransit operations <br /> for the Mass Transit Agency. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a one-year and three-month lease agreement to pursue <br /> a single agreement for fixed route and paratransit services in Fiscal Year 2023. <br /> Interim Mass Transit Director John Andoh provided background on the resolution, explaining that <br /> Hele-On Bus's current contract is about to expire and Mass Transit wants to engage a contractor to <br /> utilize seven County paratransit vehicles.
