Roth dated November 18, 2021, <br /> submitting for the Council's review and confirmation of Richard Cunningham to the Board of <br /> Appeals. Mr. Cunningham, a 45-year resident of Hawaii, owned and operated Cunningham <br /> Gallery in Hilo for over 30 years. He is currently retired and is an active volunteer for the Rotary <br /> Club of Hilo Bay.
