Re: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 285-21; A Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to provide a grant to
the Friends of Lili`uokalani Gardens for its Christmas in the Park Event.
Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 285-21 to increase the
transfer/appropriation amount by $920. The proposed amendment is illustrated below in
Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 285-21; material to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken and material to be added is underscored. Due to the limited scope of this
amendment, a draft copy of Resolution No. 285-21, Draft 2, is not included.
The BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause of Resolution No. 285-21 is amended and reads as
follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii
hereby transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below:
