SUBJECT: Discussion and status update with ayor Roth
I am requesting approximately one hour for a discussion and status update with Mayor Mitch
Roth on the long pending Kalanianaole Avenue road project.
This request is made acknowledging the recent press release dated December 15, 2021. Based on
this recent development, I kindly request this matter be placed on the January 4, 2022, PWMT
Committee agenda.
I intend to convene an.executive session if deemed necessary,pursuant to Hawaii Revised
Statutes, Section 92-4 and Rule Nos. 2 and 10 of the Rules of Procedure of the County Council.
