Re: Transmitting Resolution No. 285-21, Draft 2, a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to provide a grant to
the Friends of Lili`uokalani Gardens for its Christmas in the Park Event.
Attached please find Resolution No. 285-21, Draft 2. Resolution 285-21 was amended with the
contents of Communication No. 539.1 ,as duly approved by the Council on December 22, 2021.
The Council voted to suspended Rule No. 24(1)(e) of the Rule of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 285-21, as amended to Draft 2.
