The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney has been offered a <br /> multi-year subscription rate, which represents a significant annual cost savings. This <br /> service is essential in the trial preparation process. <br /> The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney requests that this resolution be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the January 19, 2022 Council agenda in order to <br /> expedite this process.
